John Andrews Loft

This renovation included adding an additional floor plan to create a third floor "loft" on top of an existing building. The new level features an open floor plan, ample daylighting, and a vertical stairwell to create an addition that feels spacious yet remains integrated into the original structure below and fabric of the surrounding neighborhood.
